Feuling, BA air cleaner kit. Chrome. Solid cover
Chrome plated finish. Red filter. Out of the box; this Feuling air cleaner is set up with OEM style cylinder head breathing; routing into the intake with optimized vent hole locations to meet emissions standards. External Race Only venting to atmosphere available with separate purchase of Feuling 707101 external breather kit which includes 1/2-13 breather bolt fittings; vent line and breather element. Will fit Mikuni HSR42/45 with adapter plate. Will not fit Keihin butterfly or S&S carbs. The backing plate is engraved with both 'Made in USA' and 'Feuling' logos. Note: For 84-92 Evo B.T. models with stock crankcase breather it is required to purchase a 5/16-18 breather bolt kit Feuling 5100. A lot of meticulous testing and tweaking went into the design of the bolt-on BA (Billet Aluminum air cleaner); to create excellent performance (+500 to 595 CFM@28 on a SuperFlow SF600); all paired with the smallest possible dimensions. Full one-piece billet aluminum cage; the included velocity stack drops in; followed by the air filter element after which the cover is installed. This simple construction gives a very clean look and easy installation when compared to many others. The velocity stack is used to lengthen the intake track and increase intake velocity to improve cylinder fill especially midrange performance; where most riding is done; and up.
