Black powder coated finish. These are called AC Pannier rails; luggage rails or saddlebag supports and used when installing saddlebags. Manufactured from 16mm diameter grade 304 stainless steel tubing with a 1.25mm wall thickness. Welds are smooth for a detailed professional finish.
