Universal chrome plated aluminum bracket that allows installation of a speedometer or other instrument; navigation device; cup holder; auxiliary light or just about anything else to a handlebar or similar round tubing. Bracket clamps with a fold-open hinge system so installation is simple; quick and does not require removing or disassembling any other components.
