Euro 5 homologated. With cylindrical mufflers with design-machined straight-cut carbon fiber end caps. Comes a 1000°C resistant matte black Cerakote ceramic coating. Made from AISI 304 stainless steel. OEM weight 9.0kg. Zard weight 5.1kg. making it a lightweight 2-1-2 system. The exclusive two-piece carbon fiber heat shield replaces the original plastic part; for a perfect Sportster S design integration. Manufactured using high end 2D/3D lasers; robots; bending machines and skilled qualified welders for the perfect result. Note: This is a EU homologated exhaust system. Removing or modifying the Db killer on homologated exhausts will void the warranty and the homologation. Certification is valid for unmodified stock bikes; for the specific models and model years as mentioned in the product descriptions (Directive 97/24/CE; EU regulation 134/2014). The approval number; shown on the supplied relevant certificate; is stamped on every exhaust system and it must be presented to law enforcement when checked.
