The 87-99 B.T. bearing type can be used in 58-86 Big Twins (See note). These pinion shaft bearings are sold with the OEM color code. Note: Will fit 58-86 Big Twins when pinion shaft spacers are used to center the bearing assembly in the race. In combination with OEM 58-86 flywheels you may encouter axial clearance problems. For street engines, that have time to break in, you may want to choose a bearing that falls in the tight side of the range to provide longer engine life.
