Individually tested at 10.000V to ensure safe working up to 1000 Volts. Pliers and a wrench in one tool. Comes with parallel non-ribbed push-button operated 19-step adjustable ratchet with smooth jaws that will not damage sensitive components; unlike regular water pump pliers. The zero backlash makes it perfect for installing or removing bolts; nuts; without risk of damage of a looser fitting open-end wrench. Also perfect for other bending; gripping and holding jobs without damage. Manufactured from forged chrome vanadium tool steel that is multi-stage oil hardened. Comes with multi-component grips; a polished head and gray phosphate coating.
