JIMS, tappet adjustment tool
Used to check correct free play on the hydraulic tappet. Insert the tip under the hydraulic unit retaining clip; above pushrod seat. If it does not fit or if up & down play is evident; the tappet is out of adjustment. Note: Does not work on solids; JIMS Hydrosolids or others with limited travel.
