JIMS, wheel bearing support plate

Optional support plate for wheels with outboard mounts. Used with JIMS 978386 wheel bearing tool to prevent damage to some Cast/CVO and/or accessory wheels with outboard mounts. Note: For use with JIMS 978386 tool.
