No socket arm used; giving it a super low profile. The 'Tough-Claw™' base: - Clamps to .625" (15.9mm) to 1.5" (38mm) diameter tubing / handlebars - Up to 1.14" (29mm) thick flat surfaces. - Holds max. 2 lbs / 907 gram normal use or 1 lbs (454 gram) heavy duty use - Includes: (1) Optional Tether; (1) Glue Tube for Rubber Caps.
