The #4550 is an updated version of the #4400 oil filter adaptor. It is designed to work with front-mounted spin on oil filters. Provides easy access to the oil supply for fitment of an oil cooler on all Evolution Sportster, air cooled Buell and carburated Evolution Big Twin. The built-in thermostatic oil valve allows oil to by-pass the oil cooler until reaching operating temperature for faster vehicle warmup times.
