American Prime Mfg. Comp Master clutches are well known to be high performance additions to your ride and recommended by many top mechanics & builders such as Kevin Baxter of Baxter’s Garage. To further enhance the Comp Master clutches, they analyzed the aftermarket offerings of billet clutch baskets and realized that although they were an upgrade from the OE basket, they are still the weak link. There is a tremendous amount of force exerted through the clutch especially in a torque heavy motor-cycle or conversely with a nutcase for a rider! They determined that they need to make something that would hold up to that extreme environment, so after much R&D with the afore said Kevin Baxter, they together designed what they believe is as close to a bullet-proof basket as humanly possible. Made with 7075 T6 aerospace grade aluminum which is as tough as steel but half the weight, and then hard anodized to boot. These baskets are manufactured with ultra-tight tolerances which helps to stabilize your clutch thereby reducing premature wear. Each basket comes with 6 bolts and 3 lock clips.
