For Keihin butterfly carburetors. Provides much better access to floatbowl than the stock; and quickly damaged; phillips type screws. Complete with allen wrench. OEM replacement reference 27366-76 (short) and 27367-76 (long) bolts on Keihin butterfly carb models.
