Without throttle sleeve. A TPV rubber grip set; manufactured from a quality virgin polymer. The nature of this rubber compound gives it a nice soft feel; without becoming tacky. It is durable; UV resistant and; in the end; perfectly recyclable material. Sometimes things just come together!
