Used to cut the valve guide outer to correct outer diameter. Cuts to .420" OD for Feuling seals 566045 (84-99 Evo Big Twin; 99-04 Twin Cam; 86-03 XL Sportster). Valve seat spring cutters: - 707258.625" ID x 1.565" OD - 707259.625" ID x 1.635" OD - 707260.625" ID x 1.750" OD - 707261.550" ID x 1.180" OD.
