Feuling, Race Series hydraulic cam chain tensioner conv. kit
Complete kit used to upgrade the early 99-06 mechanical chain tensioners to the later 07-17 style hydraulic cam chain tensioners. Works with the OEM camshafts. Kit includes the needed components to upgrade early '99-'06 style mechanical spring tensioner cam chain drive systems to the late '07-'17 hydraulic cam chain drive system using a hybrid cam plate. This kit includes a FEULING RACE SERIES billet oil pump; High Flow cam plate; RACE SERIES full travel lifters; FEULING'S billet hydraulic tensioner housings; tensioner pads; cam chains; sprockets; sprocket alignment spacers; TIMKEN/FEULING bearings; needed gaskets; O-rings; ARP cam and crank hardware; Loctite and moly lube.Note: Rocker box gasket kit included so the factory one piece pushrods can be reusedFor '99-'01 Magneti Marelli equipped ignition system engines requiring the timing tab on the 34 tooth rear camshaft sprocket.Kit is designed to run the factory '00-'06 style splined chain drive camshafts with the included Feuling sprockets which converts to the late roller style outer chain. This kit can be used on early 99 keyway camshafts however it will require use of existing sprockets; silent outer chain; cam spacer and a OE #8099 bearing on the rear camshaft.See Feuling 588052 for replacement billet rocker box breather assemblies and or 707311 and 707312 if looking to upgrade to heavy duty one piece pushrods.
