Right hand threaded. Vented. Billet aluminum gas cap that can be used as a vented or non-vented fuel cap; since it can be assembled with the vents open or closed. It comes assembled with vents open for H-D use. The dished top gives it that custom look; the knurling takes care of sufficient grip to open the fuel cap.
