Polished 304 stainless steel. With 4 mounting points and complete with hardware and rubbers for the rubber mount. As the lugs are rubber mounted there is some tolerance in them for different diameter fenders; typically this would fit on a fender for a 15 or 16 inch diameter wheel. Suitable for many custom applications. Harley; Triumph Bobber; Indian Scout Bobber; R18 BMW as well as custom Japanese choppers etc. Lug to lug distance 175mm (length) and 100mm (width).
