S&S, unassembled flywheel set. 4-1/2" stroke
Unassembled & unbalanced flywheel set. Flywheels have the stock 8-1/2" diameter and are compatible with the flywheel scrapers found in both stock and S&S crankcases. Compatible with S&S Sprocket shaft assemblies: - 512403 70-99 B.T. (excl. Twin Cam) with SE & SL flywheels only. S&S Crankpin assemblies: - 512473 Std. 1.249" OD. L81-99 B.T (excl. Twin Cam). Repl. 23961-80A - 512474 +.001" 1.250" OD. L81-99 B.T (excl. Twin Cam). Repl. 23974-87 - 512476 +.002" 1.251" OD. L81-99 B.T (excl. Twin Cam). Repl. 23975-87 - 512478 +.003" 1.252" OD. L81-99 B.T (excl. Twin Cam). S&S Pinion shaft assemblies: - 512406 L81-99 B.T. (excl. Twin Cam). STD. Repl. 24006-80; 24006-83 & 24006-87. (See 'Note 2' for 90-99 models)Note 2: OEM 90-99 Evo Big Twin models are equipped with the stock one piece flywheel/shaft design must use the S&S 90-99 Evo Big Twin pinion shaft conversion kit (MCS 904148). Note sprocket shaft: OEM sprocket shafts will not fit the 6° taper that S&S flywheels have; apart from 81-85 stock style B.T sprocket shafts (OEM 23909-80 / MCS 502615 and 502616). These will fit S&S flywheels but do not have the keyway that S&S sprockets shafts have. The woodruff key eliminates spinning of the sprocket shaft in the left flywheel.
