Used to convert 1-1/4" (approx. 28mm) diameter riser to fit 1" (25.4mm) diameter handlebar. Gloss black anodized . CNC machined aluminum. Handlebar reducer insert / riser reducing sleeves / riser adapter are used to reduce the inside diameter of the riser; allowing the installation of smaller diameter handlebars. - Designed for use with Rick's Clubstyle risers - With lateral guides for precise installation - 4-piece kit
