Polished aluminum; 1/4 NPT threaded; 5/16 (8mm) fuel hose; left outlet. If you need a petcock that is made without compromises; you'll want a Pingel. Pingel petcocks are world famous for their gas guzzling capabilities and if you think you don't need a high flow petcock... think again. With a regular petcock; when traveling at high speed; even with a stock engine; it can happen that your bike uses more fuel than a regular petcock can deliver. The engine sucks the float bowl dry; literally starving the engine. With High Performance Big Inch motors the problem increases.
