Blue; for 16-14 gauge (1.0 to 2.5mm² or 1.02mm to 1.63mm diameter) wiring. With female connection. Used to connect an additional wire; on a 90 degree angle; to an already existing wire. Simply add the new wire to power-tap; or similar; without cutting the existing one.
