Lyndall full-floating rotors are CNC machined to exact tolerances in the USA. Lyndall rotors are meticulously designed and tested to ensure maximum performance in the most extreme environments and conditions known to powersports. These full-floating rotors feature a highly advanced three-piece design with an outer friction ring, carrier center and a helical retaining ring that securely fastens the friction ring to the carrier center. Lyndall is so confident in their choice of design, materials, and method of manufacturing that they guarantee their rotors will not warp when used with Lyndall brake pads. Always install new brake rotors with new pads.
Note: Discs indicated as "narrow friction ring" must use special "radiused" Lyndall pads to give clearance to the rotor carrier. This concerns brake pads: ● OEM 44063-83 use pads ZPN 770981 ● OEM 44082-00 use pads ZPN 770929 ● OEM 44209-87A use pads ZPN 770980 ● OEM 42298-09 use pads ZPN 770943
